We need a custom PHP script made (can also use open source components from elsewhere if needed):

• A PHP form to post to to upload images and data (text fields) and put them into a database.
• A PHP script that will allow us to take images from the database, and put them into an HTML table as thumbnails (and we'd like to be able to use this as an include on another page).
• Finally, we'd like the thumbnails in this table to be "clickable" and link to a dynamically generated page that includes the fullsized image as well as one of the text fields in the database (description).

We are looking to pay in the $25-50 range, and we'd like it done as soon as possible. If you would like to do it at a different price, please contact us, and we might be able to work something out. Please contact us via PM, post on here, or on AIM (samnitewarrior or devanium).
