Need script ( Not to sure what kind)

Hello all,

I am not to sure how this would work but here goes.

I need a script/something that i can offer discounts on my site itnet.us

I want to be able to offer discount without having to change the html of the site all the time for different types of discount,I need something where i can just select a product from the site and change detail by some sort of admin panel.(admin panel is a must)

I would like this to be as easy as possible for me to use/adjust

i use payloadz to deliver the downloads and mals-e for the affiliate programe.
i have over 200 items for sale and would like to be able to adjust the price by a discount section pretty easily.

I am not sure if this would need a custom script or something that is already out there.

I am realy looking for someone to tell me this can/would work and how much work/time and money is involved if someone can do this without affecting the site in anyway i will happily pay for it.

you can use oscommerce ? integrate it with the current site or just link it.
