Need .PSD turned into Moveable Type Style!!

I am in search for someone who knows their way around Moveable Type (www.moveabletype.org).

What YOU need to know:
- How to take my sliced .PSD file and transform it into a Moveable Type style.
- basic to intermediate CSS knowledge
- Basic knowledge for installing selected MT plugins to work with the design
- PHP and HTML knowledge

What you get from ME:
