Need .psd coded into Wordpress

I have a .psd template which i want to be coded into wordpress.

Need to pass the XHTML validation in w3.org site.

I want the following files :

stylesheet
index.php
single.php
page.php
sidebar.php
header.php
footer.php
404.php
comments.php
comments-popup.php

The design must be TABLELESS.

It's a typical blog template with a sidebar on the right.PM me if you can do this and I'll show you the template and then you can give me a quote.
