program needed for ForeclosureMap.com
I need a program written that will take data from Hud.gov. (This is public information) and covert it into a KML (googles version of XML) that will allow foreclosure properties to be viewed in Google earth Pro.
This link shows the states:

Click a state to see cities.
Then you can view the foreclosure listings.
Some listings contain a pdf report of the house condition - it would be nice to be able to grab that info as well.
