Need Php coders to help with project

I’m looking for some coders who consider themselves to be good to help out with the development of a CMS.

The system has currently been developed to the stage it is at all by myself. You can see it here: http://www.freshervisions.com/ripe_example/ although I do have a newer version than this on my home server.

I’m looking for people to help out with the following parts.

Stats
I want someone to work on the stats. More detailed, graphs etc.

File manager
I want to add a file manager at the moment I have a basic upload feature.

Security
I need urgent attention to the security. Extra work on form validations etc.

Code
Standardising the code. Arrays or objects. OOP, more function orientated mainly procedural. All this needs to be looked at.

Future things:

I need to start working my way to have the system available to different languages. On my version at home I have added an easy install phpBB plugin so a phpBB can be added to a site easily, i'm looking to do something similar with oscommerce. However I want to develop my own eshop system to fit with the cms soon.
