Need ipb help

i am making skin for my ipb forum

i am updateing design via.. php files and uploading them via ftp..

but when i updates pages via admin

all old changes which i have done via ftp.. are gone..

whats problem .. i dont understand..

can u help me?

Ah, I've done this so many times, its simple to fix. When you make changes to the .php files, it won't apply them to the HTML templates until you choose the "Resynchronise" option:

Skins & Templates -> HTML Templates -> scroll down to Template Tools and select what skin you want to apply the changes to.
