IPB 2.0.3 ~ Skinning Question

I need help on skinning my IPB 2.0.3 forum. I know how to skin it, but I just noticed that some forums uses multiplied main titles. I know most of them are vB, but I need the same thing done for my IPB 2.0.3. I want a new tile for every main title and need help with this.
