Need IPB converted to PHPBB

Hi,

I have two forums, Pictual and P3rc3pt10n that both run on different versions of IPB. I'm looking to get both these forums merged and converted to run on phpBB as i'm much more familiar with the phpBB system and will be able to skin it better.

I'm looking for somebody who is able to do this for me and will be paying via Paypal. Please PM your quotes. I need this done ASAP. Ideally person should have MSN to discuss.

I am aware of how to convert the data, by writing a script to synchronize the tables, but am unable to do this myself.

Yes paid. I'm looking for quotes, but can't imagine it would be more than a couple of hours work.
