Need Hostings in Return of PR3+ Backlinks

Hello all, i will soon start a SEO service and i don't want to use the SEO Hostings which Google Panda might hit. I will require like 10 different hostings from different servers, in return i will put "Hosted by yourhost.com" with a do-follow link on the footer. Basic space, php and 1 domain is okay, don't need more than that.
