well,
a few things people should want to know about all hosting companies:
what is your uptime garuntee?
average server uptime (alertra.com is a good monitor)?
SLA?
How large is your staff?
TOS/AUP?
Control Panel?
Refund policy?

having those things in print is crucial.
those are the things I look at when I am looking around at hosting. I think you should consider posting those if you have them, it helps consumers feel better.

I am still working on the site a lot.

what is your uptime garuntee? A little over 99%
average server uptime (alertra.com is a good monitor)? The server has 99.9% uptime and the only time there is scheduled downtime is at night 99% of the time.
How large is your staff? 4 staff members currently
TOS/AUP? Very long so I can't post that here.
Control Panel? cPanel/WHM
Refund policy? 30 day money back guarantee

I would make sure you have all these agreements before I ever signed up with you. No offense, but I have gone through so many crappy hosts; maybe im just a skeptic and cynical about most hosts. Dedicated servers are not very easy to run, I would like to know the sysadmin knows what he is doing and has the box locked down tighter then fort knox. That is just me though.
