I would suggest a VPS/colocated server for such a high bandwidth site. Maybe even a whole dedicated server, if you want to be in full control of the site.
LayeredTech are supposed to be quite good.

The current transfer rate indicates that you should move on to semi-dedicated server instead of dedicated server. As the load increases on the server then move on to dedicated server. Directly going for a dedicated server will be just waste of time and money as you will not utilise the whole server space and the alloted bandwidth .

you need a vps for it, just double the bandwidth you're expecting.

Regarding the specs of the server, I would go for a cheap one to start with. However a colocated (shared) server would probably be the best way to go to start with, as then you would be able to judge how much more space/bandwidth you would need as the site grows.
