I need to create a button that can record a click, and send the results to my website... Is that possible??

So basicly they would click "no/yes", then the answer would come back to my site..

That's pretty much how every form on the web works.

Am I missing something here?

There are other ways but a basic html form would be the best way

I forgot to mention, the button will be located via another site. so the result would just lead back to my site, with the button on a completly different site.

That is fine as long as the action of the form is set to your domain
