Need help with websitebaker

I installed (manually) websitebaker on http://www.coronary-heart-disease.info

I am having many problems:
1) The site looks different on different resolutions and browsers
2) Adsense code doesn't turn up. I inserted adsense in textmode of WYSIWYG editor
3) Website is very slow

Please suggest an alternative. Is there any other CMS that is simple to use and come with customization?

Well, you might try using Ottoman ( http://www.lowter.com/applications/ ), a simple and easy to use CMS.

The adsense shows up fine on the site, speed seemed fine as well for the graphics. As for the different look, look as the css and maybe there is info on there support forums to assist.
