Need Help With My Ebay Store!

I just opened up a new ebay store today and i changed all the catogories and stuf. so i started putting up auctions (and i selected a catogory for it to goto)
and i get back on my computer a couple hours later to check out my store, the navigation wont show up (the catogories) and it sais that all the items have been purchased, but they wer not purchased! what do i do? i need help!
