Need help: Web statistics with Plesk

Hi guys,
How can we view web statistics with Plesk?
in my case, i used the URL: http://mydomain.com/plesk-stat/webstat
and tried with my Plesk acc and my ftp acc.
but I always receive the error message

Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document.
----------
any suggestion?

thank, they say I should use the ftp acc of my domain to login
but I failed with mine...
anyway, I contacted to hosting support and hope they can help me with this stuff...
