Need help transferring a site

hi ,

i am trying to download my site thru FlashFXP ,

i can download 98% of the site and the last 2 % fail ...

for ex i am trying to download first folder awext and everything downloads

except 1 file called %%117^%%1172603085^index.tpl.php in the template subfolder..

i am not sure if this file is necessary but one programmer said it was .

can something be done about that ?

if you know , i am willing to work with you to do the trasnfer

If you have cpanel, then just download the home directory backup.

Yes, use cPanel so much easier.

That index.tpl.php should be important i guess so dont give up just try cPanel if you can't i can give a hand.

Are you getting any error messages btw?
