How can i get a regulary updated site like this

www.moroccoproperty.com, i have seen a few of these sites that are relevant to a particular Geo all say WN Network on them and have adsense so i am pressuming they are just RSS fed sites, i have a few Geos that i would like to look like this,

I think they use some sort of RSS feed displaying. I've never really looked into those types of sites.
