Need help on a new site venture.

my brother has asked me to create, or find someone to create a site for his business, its a UPVC plastics company.
But he wants a quotation programm to run so customers can enter the sizes of the windows and get a rough estimate or quote.

Is this possible?
if so how much would the programm cost?

it wouldn't need to be a program, but a script, and an Indian programmer would probably make it for peanuts. :p

lol, is it a simple script do you have any names of exsisting scripts lol im good at graphics but suck at the web development lol.

i will pay someone here to do it for me
