Need help monetizing a traffic LLLL.com

Hello guys.

I've been a domainer for awhile, but I'm still new to the monetization aspect of this industry.

Here's my problem. I bought a new domain, COMR.com, and it receives about 120 visitors per day. Currently, it is parked at Parked.com. It shows those visitors, but no one ever clicks anything.

My question is: How do I figure why so many people are coming to COMR.com everyday and what are they looking for? I'd like to put relevant ads on my parking page and hopefully make some money.

All help and ideas are much apprecited. Thanks.

Maybe try the wayback machine to see what COMR looked like in the past.

The domain has been registered since 1998, and has never had any established website on it. So that's a dead end.

I'd be willing be pay someone who is skilled at traffic analysis and monetization for their time and knowledge. Thanks.

Have you looked at the traffic analysis to see where the traffic is coming from? You could also try setting it to the search portal for a few days and see if people are searching for something.

I just switched my parking to Sedo, from what I remember, they have a better traffic analyser, and Parked.com's seems to be lacking.

COMR is kind of a typo of COME, since the "R" and "E" are right next to each other.

I just switched my parking to Sedo, from what I remember, they have a better traffic analyser, and Parked.com's seems to be lacking.

Ive switch a few domains to sedo from other parking sites only to find that traffic drops quickly.

You need to get a good web stats

program to analyze the traffic. I wouldn't be surprised if your traffic is from Japan based on the links indexed in google for "comr.com".

I also found a youtube channel for somebody named comr. Asian videos.

It could be a typo. The closest typo to the name seem to be

vomr.com

Vomr could be justified because it gets a lot of traffic. I tried other typos like domr, xomr, cimr, clmr, cpmr, conr, cokr, cojr, come, comt, comg and comf but none of them gets traffic volumes to justify 120 typos a day.

Or it could just be bots/backlinks.. But if it is vomr.com, then I would suggest you try some gay keywords. Vomr seems to be a gay site.

One other angle could be some backlinks from

I appreciate all your guys' help. From the quick stats I pulled from Sedo since this afternoon, it looks like the traffic is about 80% from the United States. There's a negligible amount coming from Asia.

As much as I don't like the idea, as you had mentioned Varon, the traffic might be coming from Vomr.com. I guess we'll experiment and see. Thanks.

If it is indeed a typo for vomr, I would rather be happy. Gay Kws get a pretty good CTR and decent rates, especially if the traffic is from the U.S.
