Need Help: Input text box

Hey guys. I need a script to use to update a text box. Basically, I am doing a small movie review site for someone, and he wants a text box where he can enter the name of a DVD, and hit a submit button and it shows up in a list for people to see (sort of like a tag board I guess...)

Anyone know where I can find one of these?

I am re-doing this site. He wants boxes where he can input names of movies on the fly. The only difference is on this site, he has to log in to edit whats in those boxes.

I would look on HotScripts for maybe a graffiti wall type program. With a little PHP changes, one could have it link to a form with the name already filled out and other things to ask for a review. Textareas are a bad way to do very long lists.
