Need help in converting phpBB to IPB

Please i want to know how can i convert from phpBB to IPB
i searched online i found on IPB site some paid people who can do it so i would like to do it my self . Where can i find converters for free ?
is there anything other than the database need converting ?
any one please can help ?

if you have an ipb license the convertors are from their site, what version are you going from and to..pm me with the info i have the convertors

IPB's converters run most of the things, and it's just upload and run, it should be done.

It's much easier than Impex =/
