[Need] Gaming Layout with Basic HTML Coding. GREAT Offers Read!

Hello, members of NP. I’m in need of a layout Custom Made and unique. Also, this layout will be a Gaming Layout but know that it’s not for a Team. The Gaming Layout will be for a Solo Gamer. Below I will state on what I want the layout to look.

Color(s) Wanted: Darkish blue with Black(Dark Colors
Theme: Egyptian
Links: Home, About TDP, Media, Stats, Games, Tips/Hints, Contact
Want: There needs to be a place on the website where I can add my League States in (have enough space to put in Players Name (Game Name) Win or Lose, Game.), with a News Box. I don’t want the layout to be full of boxes so two (2) boxes will be enough. Banner should have an Egyptian look but like dark, like it’s evil. Also it MUST be unique it can’t be like the Gaming Templates what are being made today (EX: Banner top, links under, text under links) I want it to be custom and unique.

Coding: HTML
Paying: 2x Gaming Servers located anywhere in the states, $75.00 Paypal, or Dedicated Server.

Please note that if you pick dedicated server you will have access to it for two months with root access. The Dedicated Server is located in the SuperBServers DataCenter. Also if you pick the Dedicated Server then that’s all what you will get, you won’t get the money nor the gaming servers.

Edit:This is a mistake from his end. He got access to the account and he said he never did. In which case he said that he couldn't change eMail address of the vBulletin.
