Need free hosting

i need free hosting for my webdesign site, i had about 150 unique visiters a day, then i closed down the site and forum, now i got a new domain, and i need hosting for it.

i need:

about 500mb space
about 15 gb bandwidth
FTP
MYSQL
PHP
STATS
EMAIL
SUBDOMAIN
CPANEL

and whatever else there is, lol...

I can place ur banner/button in the footer of every page...

wow i never found a site with hosting that gave 500mb i only saw sites with 100mb the most though.
