Sure it can be done but they are crooks! eNom has a policy and some unethical punks (criminals) circumvent the system. I have spoke on the phone with Matt Stearn, Deborah B. (both from eNom) and Jeremy (co-founder of ModernBill) about this crap. This is no different then reversing charges on a sale, swiping others content, or stealing a domain.
