Need Contact Form Built

Hey,

I have a site designed with .html, .php, Css abd require 2 Contact Form's built. Normally i would teach myself to do it but i dont have time right now and my usual designer is away on holiday :td:

The Form's would be used to allow customers to advertise Equipment For Sale. I need the form to allow the user to give me their Contact details plus description of the item for sale plus also a picture.
Neither of the form's will be lenghty, should be simple enough (must be able to be edited at a later date if i need to).
such as:

Name:
Email:
Advertisement Title:
Image:
.....etc

I had a few PM's from people who said they would do both forms for $20 but when i replied then i have heard no more so anyone who can do both forms TODAY then please PM me and i will give you details to get started.
