Getting quality backlinks is some what hard and some times rare.But it is not impossible.To get quality backlinks,post in high page rank sites and do follow sites.Generally search engines index forums so posting in forums and blogs is a way to get quality backlinks with the anchor text you want.

Very well and thanks for asking. They seem to keep moving up farther and farther in alexa and regular site traffic as well everyday. I like when i release a new one and withing a few months its taken off well. I have some more coming soon with much different approaches as well. I heard some tricks people are using for some parked domains to drive traffic to them and im gonna try the same with a test directory in the near future to see how it performs. If well then I will implement it. As far as the article directories people gotta remember your article with the link to your website will do better if you promote your articles as well through the social options like the stumble buttons, facebook likes, google likes, etc.

you can also create back links through forum posting, blogs submission, link wheel through web 2.0 sites, forum and blogs commenting, articles, press releases, classified sites, yahoo questions/answers, social bookmarking, edu/gov sites, create profile links but thanks for your suggestion i like it all suggestions.
