Need an estimate for simple software program

I need a programmer to build a software program that calculates totals based on numbers the user inputs along with a hidden value. Basically it's estimation software based on the user measuring the size of different rooms and answering a few yes/no questions in order to get an estimate for a certain contracting job. PM me if you have any questions. I will also need some forms for the user to fill out including a small questionnaire and email integration built in.
