There is not an asking price. It's not listed anywhere. I found it via whois and sent an email. They want me to make the first offer.

According to Google Adwords the phrase only gets 10 searches a month. Which is very surprising to me, I figured it would be a lot more. Maybe Google is just screwed up.

Like I said, it comes back to how bad you want it.. Seems like they will be expecting a 3 figured offer.

The 50 exact results were from Google Keyword planner.

25,000,000 was from when I typed in rehab construction in google.
