Need a script to create new email account

Need a PHP coder to create form that create email account on our website

Dear Coder,

We are searching for an individual to help us do a script in PHP to help our business to offer better services on our website.

We will offer webmail services from our webmail interface (using Nutsmail).

We need to offer this service because we have had a lot of queries for it from customers.

What we need:
We need a form where customer will be able to create new email account automaticly on our website. The form need to check if user(email account) already exist or not in our email account, verify password, send an email when the account is created to the new email customer and one to us...

What the service will be on the website:
The service will be in two step or two seperate form on the signup page because we will offer a free mail box with 250MB quota and the second one with 2GB of disk space for 2.50$ per month. So we need to have payment by Paypal for faster coding. Credit card is not our prority for now.

We will use the same domain for all in the signup page.(www.jbwebmail.com for now but we still need input to find a good name..)

So every user will be on the same domain. They will be always checking their email on jbwebmail.com or if we find a better one we will change it.

We use Latest cPanel on a linux server.
