Need a pro 2.0 webdesigner help

Hi,
My last designer pretty much abondon me with a unfinished design for my website.
I however tryed to finish it but it ended up bad, so right now i need someone to help me finish it.
I have marked which things that needs to be fixed cuz nothing of that seems to fit it.
things inside the red borders are stuff i put in which needs to be redone in a much better graphics/colors.
Im clearly not a designer...

Anyone out there who could help me out, there will be a payment of course.
Payment will be discussed before working on the design.
