You can buy a CLONE script for $20. They are sold for $20 because the guy selling them paid ALOT to have it made for himself, so he can sell it to MANY PEOPLE at $20 and make a profit.

You want something completely custom, which will mean you are spending ALOT more than $20.

i think that the best thing to do is ask info about this work, and after judge the price :imho:

1) you select 8 results by a form
2) click submit
3) display all entry in a "Hall of fame"

The website is all ready, it needs only this function.
