Need a PHP coder URGENT

Need a professional PHP coder for a 1-hour (2 hours at most) job on an unpcoming project. Must be a unique scrit, nothing fancy, just PHP and a little MySQL for my future site.

Pay: $10 and 1 month advertising (468*60 banner ad) on the upcoming project. It will be a little BOOM because it'll be funny and a must-have link for blog-type news sites like ebaumsworld or similar ones.

Nothing hard: just a randomize feature which'll display 3 words picked at random, record that in a MySQL database, fool-proof the script against any possible exploits and have the script check that the database does not contain that phrase that consists of 3 words. Example below:

There's a list of 9 words: we, me, you, us, them, their, our, her, his. A phrase is generated at random: us we her. It is recorded in the database, and when someone else generates a name like that (at random) the combination of us we her can't come up (so that only 1 person may generate us we her.). Of course, there'll be around 50 words for this mater, not 3, I'll give them to the person I choose.

are repeating words allowed ? Does the sytem you are on have a /dev/random?

Do you need true random or is the psedurandom genertator enough that php has?
