Hello, I need someone who has experience with Directories and would like to assist me with building:

Ill put anchor text links on the pages for anyone's site that contributes.
Right now I need to setup the directory categories, I have done a few but I am wondering if I am doing this efficiently, and I am asking for help before I go any further...
I dont want to have to scrap anything after dozens of hours of work.
I want people to be able to sort the directories by counties, and maybe cities. But honestly I would be open to annny suggestions.
