I am a Global Moderator on Hiya-Host (hiya-host.com), which offers both free and paid hosting. Our admin is thinking of shutting down the host because he has to shell out about half the server fee from his own pocket each month.
We think one of our other admins who keeps a tab on our google adsense is actually cheating us in money...
Basically we are looking for another admin to help pay server costs and run the forum (with the help of staff). We have an auto creation script and everything implemented into the forum so there is hardly any work left to be done but advertise and create paid accounts manually (via WHM).
Once Hiya-Host begins making a profit, the admin will share a part in that as well. For your info, hiya host has been around since January 2003 so this is why I desperately do not want them to go down. If you know of anyone trust worthy that is willing, please contact our admin (Jeremy) at [email protected]

PS: A partner would be looking at around $25-50 out of his/her own pocket a month but with increased paid users and revenue from google adsense, this may drop considerably (again, we think one of the admins is stealing some money for himself so we are going to investigate and if necessary fire him).
