Need a link management script

I am wanting to create a site that lists free tv shows on the internet.
The links will be hotlinked from free sites like utube ect.
I want to show the most popular links (the most clicked links) and also if possible the recently added links.
Is there a script or cms to do this type of thing?

Gossamer Links from http://www.gossamer-threads.com can do that. There are other free scripts, but not sure which one work the way you need.

Thanks for the help Flash but that program is $450. Is there anything cheaper out there? I see many websites which list items on their site and they are catagorized by Most Popular, favorites ect. I can't believe everyone is spending that much money on this feature. How do they do this?
