I'm looking for someone who can develop an advanced news ticker for me in javascript.

This is an example of what I am looking for:

Ticker Example

However, it has to be able to pull data from multiple, large RSS/XML feeds that I can easily define in the script.

Also, it needs to have a drop-down button that opens a menu where people can select which feeds they want to display. If they only want to show 3 out of 10 feeds as an example, the ticker will update and only show data from those 3 feeds.

Lastly, it needs to work in both FF and IE.

I'm really looking to have this done as soon as possible, so if anyone is a solid javascript programmer, please send me a quote, a timeframe for completion and any examples you have of past work.

Thanks.

@newsiness - You can't make a news ticker with PHP because something client-side is necessary for the scrolling animation. PHP just dynamically outputs HTML; it doesn't produce any such client-side effects. So, just FYI, you can't use PHP alone to do this job ;) You could do it in Flash or Java though...
