Need a header change

I have a header .jpeg that needs some minor revision.
The first line, changed from the url shown to my url.
Must be in capital letters and centered.

The second line, there is one word that is mispelt.
Need it spelled right (I will tell you this).

Now, either on the cheap can someone do this free?
Or say for some minor sum of $5.00?
