Need a Flash guru

I have a program that inserts smileys in your chat window. I need someone to do a short flash demo of what the program does so I can put it on my homepage and my visitors can get a quick idea of it.

I don't know what other info you need, so let me know and I will post it.

I have no idea. I would like to hear your bids on this, feel free to ask any questions to get an idea of what I need so you can then give me an estimate, I just don't know if this would cost 10 bucks or 50 bucks or what, so I need you to help me out with this.
