Need a Developer

I need a developer to help develop a few domains. My primary goal is to break into the housing market.
What I would like is a clone of Zoopla, rightmove.com /.co.uk

Basically I want to people / estate agents to join and login and post the houses for rent / sale.
(I want this to be free initially and then later charge for the service.

Can anyone help?

Will need SEO to work with this, would be handy for the developer who understands SEO and how it works.
