Need a Designer/Coder for Updating Site

Hi,

I'm the owner of http://www.ewinnipeg.com and I'm looking to update the site. It's currenty vBulletin 3.5.2 but I want to update it to the latest vBulletin version and re-design everything. I have a gallery of pictures that you can take and use for the design. The last designer I had did the whole design and I allowed them to place their link at the bottom of the page. I'm interested in the same deal if anyone is interested, please PM me if you are. The site has exploded lately, which is a great incentive.

I will also be looking for a 468x60 banner.
