Need a dedicated server FAST

I purchased a large file hosting website (90 GB of files and 800 GB of monthly transfer), the only problem is I don't have a dedicated server. I need one fast so I have somewhere to transfer the site to.

I'm looking for a server with 1 GB of RAM, at least a 120 GB HD, at least 1200 GB of bandwidth, 100 Mbit port, cPanel/WHM or Plesk, and at least partially managed. Looking to spend around $100/month if possible and am willing to pre-pay 6 months. Oh, and did I mention I need it set up and ready by Monday at the latest?

Any ideas???
