Need a coder to finish off.

Well I need someone to finish off the coding on a site.

The banner system goes by clicks i needit to go by impressions.
The members system has no forgotpass page.
JPEG's cant upload for thumbnails only GIF.
You can only add catagories, i need to edit and delete, this also the same as the banner system.
You can only upload an WMV file, it will not allow AVI or MPG.
