Need 2 files vectorized

Hello-

I need 2 jpegs vectorized if possible, they are logos [287x50] which need to be in .ai format. The original .ai files are not able to be used [another designer never sent them to me] so I need the jpegs converted. The reason is because they are needed for print so resizing is necessary. Name a price/trade or whatever is feasible, I need it done soon and cheaply hopefully. Thanks.
