I think a low XX,XXX offer is reasonable. i think you need to ask yourself would you rather have the cash - invest in other things, or do you want to take the risk that the market for LLL.com will continue to skyrocket.

So, it is a personal decision - I would probably take a 15,000 offer - but that is just me.

I'm very surprised nee.com has not found an enduser yet. This name has been knocking around on and off for years. I remember when is was for sale on Afternic a few years ago. It is very easy to say something is worth 20 or 30k. Buyers who are willing to spend over 10k are still fairly rare. If someone offers a minimum 13k I said take it and use the money for your next venture. Or if you love domains more than money or you don't need the money keep the name and live the adventure of how much this name could go up in value. Only 10 years ago a name like this could have been bought for registeration fee. Where will it be in 10 years time?
