Normally, I'd press that it's what's to the left of the dot that's important.. and while this may be a decent keyword phrase in .com, .net, .us, or .info.. the Nebraska portion of the domain negates it's value in any other ccTLD or TLD other than those I mentioned, IMO.

Could still be developed and branded but the .eu extension ruins this one, sorry. Less than reg fee.
