I say Develop, link to directory, furnish a killer link out and in and throw up some seo friendly content for search result grabbing and then resell to an interested Nebraska based manufacturer or entity who wants the type in/forwarding traffic.

At least XXXX but $230K for a .info stalls my drive. Best luck.

Nevada.info sold for $13,612 in Oct 06 and Ohio.info sold for $12,000 in Sep 07. You'd have say low $XX,XXX end user and mid to high $X,XXX reseller.

wow. Excellent geo .info!

I think the general pricing above is about right, but for a good geo like this I would quite simply "not sell". If the economy takes a complete permanent dive then it just doesn't matter, but if things come back this is an excellent domain that can only go up. Selling high quality in a downdraft economy is bad idea. All of my sales in the last year+ have been towards the *bottom* of my portfolio. Just hold IMHO.
