There are two possible tm violations one with the NBA itself and one with the game developer er sports drop it 0 value

trademark issue. no monetary gain can be done on trade marked names. if done , its voilation of policy and legal action can be taken.
If you develop website with this name you cant develop it for gaming site and its conflict of interest and you may face legal action
if you develop some website other than NBA gaming or sports business that would help you
IMO.
