i would return it if you can-im almost positive "nba draft" is trademarked- might be able to get away with developing it as something other than a "National Basketball Assoc draft" site but not worth even reg fee :imho:


edit:i would not want NBA attorney's serving me any papers- they are very protective of their brand

Defently, the NBA has sued people in the past for using the NBA name. Very protective.
