You are comparing a 2 word Exact match domain with a 2 word + 1 word domain.

And in this particular case, plural would have been much better.

I am only seeing handregistration value (may sell for $xxx while buyer is high on natural hemp)

Would work if plural, but singular it's clunky. Not to mention its quite long. Looks like a domainers domain. Still it is worth something and there is likely a buyer out there.
Sell it to an ESL person.

It's probably able to get low to mid XXX if you find a buyer who ...

• is an end user ,
  
• wants badly into the hemp business,
  
• has no direction,
• has no business sense,
  
• and has no concept of what a good domain for said business really is,
• but has enough disposable income to spend XXX on a "good" domain name.

There are plenty of people out there like this. You just have to find them.
